Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation via WhatsApp.
• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Time

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & major cities: 3–4 business days
• Other cities across Pakistan: 4–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly communicated at checkout or during WhatsApp order confirmation.
• We may offer free shipping on select orders — updates are posted on our Instagram and website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Pakistan.
• Prepaid/online payment options may also be offered — details shared at order confirmation.

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Change of mind after delivery is not eligible for return.
• Bags that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
• Slight variation in color due to screen/lighting differences is not considered a defect.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer/original payment method within 5–7 business days, or store credit can be offered instead.
• Exchanges (same item, different color/piece) are processed once the returned item is received.
